However, I recognize that accidents can occur, and it's the company’s response that truly matters. The service team surpassed my expectations. They replaced the chairs quickly, and while the tabletop took a bit longer, it was also replaced. They even came to install the new top, which was incredibly thoughtful. Mistakes can happen with any business, but their management of the situation was outstanding. Their customer service was top-notch, and they genuinely prioritize their customers.
