well well, what can i say about Lush Interiors. Poor poor poor service. I see people have written customer service is good and that the service is good, well, that's an absolute joke. let me tell you, i was threatened that i wasn't going to receive my delivery due to me asking questions about when my furniture was going to arrive. My delivery date was changed 4 times due to Lush Interiors changing the days around bare in mind i gave them a date 4 months ago for it to be delivered and they confirmed it was fine. ridiculous how they changed it around 4 TIMES to suit THEM and their DELIVERY TEAM!Secondly Adam might need to get some people skills as customer service he gave was crap, all he did was shout and scream over me and threaten my order. Just remember Adam, you wouldn't be where you are without your customers as they bring you the money. Your service is crap. Your personality is crap and you are so so so so rude. i would recommend no one order or buy anything from Lush Interiors coz all they want is your money, they are rude, have an attitude and don't know the meaning of customer service and listening to the customer needs and wants and meeting in the middle. Especially ADAM.Also they ignore calls and Dont respond to you when they know they are in the wrong.they avoid bad situations and dont want to resolve things to fix things for the customers when their customers spend so much money with them. They change your orders and delivery days around and you cant trust them. your furniture will probably be broken and they probably will say they wont be able to replace it until 3/4 months. such a JOKE! they put me through so much stress and my finance and they knew we were getting married and we were ordering for our new room. Lush are horrible people, horrible service, horrible managers and Adam is a vile individual who needs to sort his attitude out. i love how Adam talks about how they dont tolerate rude customers when they don't even listen to their customers or even give a decent response. Lush dont even realize they messed about in regards to my delivery date, my furniture being broken and all the the other wrongs they did to me that i could point out. Its funny a small company like LUSH INTERIORS dont even have a proper team no wonder why your customer service isn't up to scratch hey. i would defo recommend to everyone who wants to buy amazing furniture and better furniture that is worth the money and does not break going to other bigger and better company with better showrooms. There are better and nicer and friendlier show rooms out there in the world. Avoid Lush Interiors and their disgusting, vile attitude, Honestly lush interiors, Good luck. never again.
