Sent the wrong part. I contacted and they refused to send me the correct part or return..nothing. Just promises that they'll improve in the future, etc. Just the most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with regarding online shopping. I sent them the order confirmation along with THEIR receipt that had a PICTURE OF THE CORRECT PART ON MY RECEIPT and they just kept responding with these ridiculous apologies but their "Investigation has concluded and unfortunetly we are unable to refund or replace the order".. "so sorry for the confusion...blaa blaa" This went back and forth for 3 days. Regardless of proof of purchase, they would not budge. Ofcourse my credit card bank will reverse the charges, but that's not the point. Just unbelievable. Felt like they were just messing with me.. trying to see how pissed they could get me with their patronizing and unbelieable replies to my continued requests for ANYTHING.
