This place is a time suck. Don’t buy from here. They ‘sent my order’ twice with no details, it surprisingly never showed up. They ‘issued my refund’ no less than 6 times, also never showed up. Basically stole money from me and nothing I can do because I was the idiot.

The worst experience of my life! Sent won't item keep telling me it's the correct item... This company is a joke... No customer service number to call. I've been trying to return this pos wrong item for 2 weeks now. They keep telling me sorry for the frustration well refund you 10%. No I want my money back you can have your wrong product back... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE UPSET!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY. They will scam you and take your money. I don't know how they could be linked to FaceBook Market Place to sell there fake products. I order a automobile license plate flip frame and they sent me a clear plastic plate cover. I tried to explain and all they said was I received delivery of my order. The order came from a person name "Heaters Motty" at 2207 Summit Avenue Union City NJ 07087. So just like everyone else I've read on this site. I got scamed. I hope the woman that is bringing legal action againts them can bring them down. Unfortunately I read these reviews after I made a purchase. But if your haven't and are thinking of ordering something from them, "DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll be scammed. You have been WARNED!
Sent the wrong part. I contacted and they refused to send me the correct part or return..nothing. Just promises that they'll improve in the future, etc. Just the most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with regarding online shopping. I sent them the order confirmation along with THEIR receipt that had a PICTURE OF THE CORRECT PART ON MY RECEIPT and they just kept responding with these ridiculous apologies but their "Investigation has concluded and unfortunetly we are unable to refund or replace the order".. "so sorry for the confusion...blaa blaa" This went back and forth for 3 days. Regardless of proof of purchase, they would not budge. Ofcourse my credit card bank will reverse the charges, but that's not the point. Just unbelievable. Felt like they were just messing with me.. trying to see how pissed they could get me with their patronizing and unbelieable replies to my continued requests for ANYTHING.
