After spending a significant amount, my experience with customer service has drastically declined. I ordered a tall mixer tap, but upon request for a refund, I was met with refusal. I was advised I should have returned the smaller tap instead, and it was frustrating to feel neglected as a loyal customer. If good customer service matters to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
