The quality is extremely disappointing! After just 3-4 months, the hair began to fall out noticeably at the front, and by 5-6 months, it also started shedding on the sides above the ears. After 7-8 months, the color had completely altered. Upon contacting the company, they attributed it to improper care, which is simply not true! After several attempts to resolve the issue, they offered a voucher around €400 for a new wig, which is ridiculous considering the original cost was over €2000. I certainly won't be purchasing this low-quality product again!
