Extremely disappointing quality! After just 3-4 months, the hair started shedding noticeably from the front, and by 5-6 months, it was also coming out on the sides above the ears. After 7-8 months, the color had completely changed. When I contacted the support team, they blamed it on improper care, which is simply not true! After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they offered a voucher of about €400 towards a new purchase, which feels absurd given that the original cost was over €2000. There's no way I would buy this low-quality product again!
Although I'm not a customer, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the company and their employee. I was selling my hair and encountered a fraud who claimed to work with them. I reached out for confirmation, and they took the time to respond promptly, even though I wasn't a paying customer. They may have saved me from a potential loss of $5,000! Many companies wouldn't care about someone who doesn't contribute to their profits, but they went above and beyond to clarify the situation. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of hair services!

I wouldn't trust their claims that you can resell online if it doesn't work out. I've had a topper listed at half the purchase price for 6 months and haven't received a single inquiry. The topper remains unopened in its packaging. Even if I had sold it, I would still be at a loss of $2,000.
I received my $3200 wig and am heartbroken over the poor quality, which was dry, and the dull color that looked nothing like the images. They refuse to accept a return since I opted for a specific cut. I can't wear this wig and am now thousands of dollars out of pocket after saving for years. I would never recommend wasting money with this company, given the anxiety it has caused me.
I do not advise purchasing a custom topper or wig. If the product isn't what you expected, you'll be out $2,000 or more. In my case, despite my pleas, they refused to rectify the situation. My custom order was at least three shades off from what I wanted. They seemed friendly throughout the process, but ultimately, I was left with something I couldn't wear unless I dyed my hair to match. I had a deeply disappointing experience, and because of their friendly demeanor, I never expected this outcome. If you have thin hair, you may need to use pins or clips to secure your natural hair, as the topper is bulky and hard to blend. It might work for someone with thicker hair, but it certainly didn't fit my needs.
