Extremely disappointing quality! After just 3-4 months, the hair started shedding noticeably from the front, and by 5-6 months, it was also coming out on the sides above the ears. After 7-8 months, the color had completely changed. When I contacted the support team, they blamed it on improper care, which is simply not true! After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they offered a voucher of about €400 towards a new purchase, which feels absurd given that the original cost was over €2000. There's no way I would buy this low-quality product again!
