I noticed at "checkout" in my cart of 2 purchase items...that they didn't honor my discount for buying 2 of the same items NOR did they honor the free shipping when buying more than one item. When I wrote them about it..they just dismissed me as having misunderstood the clearly displayed discount when you buy 2-3 of the same items. Same with the "free shipping" that's clearly there in the ad. We haven't received the slice n dicers we got for christmas presents. Only hoping they work, and are what was advertised in the videos in the ad. So tired of dealing with online "shysters" and having little recourse other than writing a review on these people. I'll follow up more on this when we get our gifts.
