This company is a scam. I purchased a soldering gun for $47.00 and was shipped a battery operated lighted Santa Claus. After several communications and apologies from a company representative (Michelle) she provided me with a retun address and told me I would receive a full refund once the item was returned and verified. Following her directions and verifying the mailing address, I returned the item to the same address provided by the company, it was refused and returned to me as undeliverable, insufficient address. I contacted Michelle and she advised me to return the item to the same address, I complied with her requests and following her directions, I provided her with a tracking number, I mailed the package a second time. I contacted her again and she then gave me a different address located in China. However, I advised her I had already sent the item back to her for the 2nd time. Michelle advised me that once they received the package she would provide me with a full refund otherwise, I could keep the item and give me a 30% discount on another item. I elected I to request a refund instead. I have not received a refund as promised. She, Michelle, lied to me and has failed to respond to my emails. She has violated their own company's policies regarding refunds and returns. BE FOREWARNED, DON'T PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
I'm giving this a 1-star rating because I can't go lower. They sent me the wrong item and expected me to cover the return shipping or settle for a partial refund. What a hassle! The item I actually wanted wasn't even listed as sold out on the platform, and their poor support team was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall, a frustrating experience.

I noticed at "checkout" in my cart of 2 purchase items...that they didn't honor my discount for buying 2 of the same items NOR did they honor the free shipping when buying more than one item. When I wrote them about it..they just dismissed me as having misunderstood the clearly displayed discount when you buy 2-3 of the same items. Same with the "free shipping" that's clearly there in the ad. We haven't received the slice n dicers we got for christmas presents. Only hoping they work, and are what was advertised in the videos in the ad. So tired of dealing with online "shysters" and having little recourse other than writing a review on these people. I'll follow up more on this when we get our gifts.

I purchased a $25 item from Lustre & Glow, whose website lists a U.S. business address (56 Main Street, Millerton NY 12546) and prominently advertises “Free Shipping” and a “30-Day Guarantee.”The product arrived defective. I requested a return label multiple times and was repeatedly questioned instead of helped. I was then told I must return the item to China at my own expense, even though the site never discloses that returns are international.Their Return Policy explicitly allows returns within 30 days and refunds after inspection. It does not state that sales are final or that refunds are “not typically offered.”I paid shipping despite their “free shipping” claim, and the quoted cost to return the item is $19–$50 (before tariffs)—essentially the price of the product itself. The company’s response (from someone identifying as their CEO) offered only a 10% refund for a non-working item.The company’s advertising and return practices are misleading and inconsistent with its posted policies. I am requesting a full refund of $25 to my original payment method.
Purchased a toy for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived in a plastic envelope with a little bubble wrap around the box. The package was completely crushed. Contacted them and they will not issue a return label. I have to pay to return it or they offered a 10% credit, which is a little over $2. I told them to keep the money. I don’t expect that it would have been refunded anyway. Don’t use this site. It is a scam. They don’t except returns and no refunds if you read the fine print.
I ordered a blow dryer brush that I saw on Pinterest from them that I received in the mail with the box damaged and flattened. I was able to use the product twice before it burned out and stopped working. There’s no customer service number to quickly resolve the issue. You can only email them and hope you get a response back.
