Wish I'd seen this before I bought something. I purchased a $25 item from Lustre & Glow, whose website lists a U.S. business address (56 Main Street, Millerton NY 12546) and prominently advertises “Free Shipping” and a “30-Day Guarantee.”The product arrived defective. I requested a return label multiple times and was repeatedly questioned instead of helped. I was then told I must return the item to China at my own expense, even though the site never discloses that returns are international.Their Return Policy explicitly allows returns within 30 days and refunds after inspection. It does not state that sales are final or that refunds are “not typically offered.”I paid shipping despite their “free shipping” claim, and the quoted cost to return the item is $19–$50 (before tariffs)—essentially the price of the product itself. The company’s response (from someone identifying as their CEO) offered only a 10% refund for a non-working item. The company’s advertising and return practices are misleading and inconsistent with its posted policies. I am requesting a full refund of $25 to my original payment method.
