This company is a scam. I purchased a soldering gun for $47.00 and was shipped a battery operated lighted Santa Claus. After several communications and apologies from a company representative (Michelle) she provided me with a retun address and told me I would receive a full refund once the item was returned and verified. Following her directions and verifying the mailing address, I returned the item to the same address provided by the company, it was refused and returned to me as undeliverable, insufficient address. I contacted Michelle and she advised me to return the item to the same address, I complied with her requests and following her directions, I provided her with a tracking number, I mailed the package a second time. I contacted her again and she then gave me a different address located in China. However, I advised her I had already sent the item back to her for the 2nd time. Michelle advised me that once they received the package she would provide me with a full refund otherwise, I could keep the item and give me a 30% discount on another item. I elected I to request a refund instead. I have not received a refund as promised. She, Michelle, lied to me and has failed to respond to my emails. She has violated their own company's policies regarding refunds and returns. BE FOREWARNED, DON'T PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
