I ordered £40 worth of products and received an email stating that, due to high demand, there would be a delay in delivery. Later, I was informed that the parcel had been delivered and left in my safe place, but I never received it. Despite reaching out to the support team for a photo confirmation of the delivery, I have not received any response. I am quite disappointed with this service and would caution others against using it.
I placed an order for £40 worth of products and received an email indicating a delivery delay due to high demand. Later, I got another email claiming it was delivered and left in my safe place. Unfortunately, I never found the parcel, and after reaching out to the company for photo confirmation of the delivery, I have not received any response. I am quite disappointed with this company and would caution others against using their services.
UPDATE: After no response and no goods, they finally emailed me! I received a full refund, but still no products. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They take your money and provide nothing in return. I learned my lesson; the tracking is misleading, and they only responded once to my numerous emails.
I ordered from this service and received nothing. I've tried contacting them without success, losing £123 in the process. However, I did hear back eventually and will be receiving a full refund. While I was looking forward to the products, at least they followed through with the refund.
