I bought a pair of diamond stud earrings as a gift for my wife. The setting for the stones was very flimsy and felt cheap. After just a week of wearing them, the post broke, causing the earring to fall out while she was walking. She had worn them for only 7 days without any stress or damage to the earring. When I contacted the company about this issue, their response was for me to pay for shipping to have them repaired. The shipping cost was nearly the same as getting the repair done by a local jeweler! Now, I'm covering the cost to have both earrings reset myself, as I don't have confidence in their quality. I'm extremely disappointed with the product and the company's lack of support. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
