1. Dec 15, 2025 - Made a purchase.
2. Dec 20, 2025 - Received a package via UPS. I realized I needed to request an exchange.
3. Dec 22, 2025 - Sent an email requesting an exchange, but received no response.
4. Dec 29, 2025 - Made a second request and finally received an email denying it.
5. Dec 30, 2025 - Sent a third request, including my previous email as evidence of my request within the 7-day exchange period, but was denied again.
6. Between Dec 22 and Dec 30, I also attempted to communicate through the company's chat option multiple times, with no success.
7. Dec 31, 2025 - Submitted a review regarding my experience.
8. Jan 7, 2026 - Finally received an email stating they would send an exchange label after reviewing my emails.
At this point, I no longer trust this company due to their unprofessional customer service, and I will never do business with them again. Therefore, I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company!
