Well, I ordered the diamond by the yard style in June of 2025, it is beautiful. Sadly, less than 6 months after it broke at the bezel, which seems a major design flaw. I had to pay to have it repaired, bc there is not warranty. I was frustrated by that, but paid. I had the necklace back for less than 2 weeks and it broke at the bezel again. They want another $150 to repair it again (which is now 1/2 the value of what I paid) and I am beyond frustrated by the customer service and the quality. I would look elsewhere before I invested in their product again. Sadly I had referred people here, but with this level of customer service and quality, I just can’t do that anymore. Do better with diamonds.
