Do not engage with this company. I bought a dress through a platform and tried it on, but the sequins caused a rash. I returned it immediately. After two weeks, I contacted the platform, which reached out to the company. After many days, I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because the dress was severely damaged! I only tried it on for a moment. After many messages, all via the platform since the company seems unresponsive, I requested the dress back to escalate my case. Now, they want £11 for its return! No way.
