The automated system couldn't assist and told me to wait for a team member. After four days and many messages from me, I’m still stuck. I regret not checking reviews for this service before purchasing through the platform! I’ve now filed a dispute to seek help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!
I regret not checking reviews before placing my order. Like others, I was denied a refund for a dress I returned immediately, as they claimed it had hair on it. They sent me three photos showing the same strand of hair that doesn't match my hair color. It's absurd. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will pursue other avenues if this isn’t resolved.
Avoid this service! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing two trouser suits through a partner platform. I returned them right away, and a month later, after the platform followed up for a refund, they claimed one item didn’t have a security tag and would only refund one suit. I wouldn’t have worn such poor quality items. They are dishonest and should be ashamed of their business practices.

I cannot return an item for a refund, and their customer service is very poor. Why not include a return label in the packaging instead of making returns impossible and then taking advantage of customers who purchased in good faith? I will be reporting this situation to trading standards.
