I discovered the service through social media ads and signed up directly on their website. Since December 13, 2025, I can't log in at all – the support team claims my email was entered incorrectly, but the password reset never works (email not recognized). I've been charged but have zero access to the app. Customer service hasn't resolved this after multiple requests. Requesting a full refund – it feels like a scam.
