Absolute scam!

This service is a complete scam! They charge your credit card without your knowledge. Even after canceling a 7-day trial, they continued to charge my account for six months despite my attempts to unsubscribe. When confronted, they refused to refund any money, even after I deleted the app and didn't use it post-trial. Please don't make the same mistake! The only way to contact them is via email, but they do not respond.

Unexpected charges after trial

I subscribed to a 7-day trial, and after that, my account was billed $63. This is unacceptable. People are struggling financially, and you can't force a program on someone. Nowhere did I see a clear indication that I would be charged for a subscription. It feels like they took my money without warning.

Charged for items I didn't order

I was charged for items I never ordered, and they have refused to respond to my emails. For refunds on those other programs, I advise staying away from this service.
