I found the service through social media ads and subscribed on their platform. Since December 13, 2025, I have been unable to log in – the support team says my email was entered incorrectly, but the password reset never works (email not recognized). I've been charged but can't access the app. Customer service hasn't resolved this after several attempts. I'm requesting a full refund – it feels like a scam.
