The wig has its appealing aspects but is quite itchy. After washing, it developed a stubborn cowlick that I can't manage to fix. What frustrates me more is that I submitted two reviews under five stars on the company's website, and they seem to be missing. I've come to realize that many companies tend to hide negative feedback, which I find disappointing. If reviews aren't genuine, what is their purpose? My honest feedback, which wasn't published, is that the hair quality is nice, but it's labeled as an 'all day comfort' wig, yet it's one of the most uncomfortable wigs I've experienced. Once I’m home, I just want to take it off. Additionally, after washing, it doesn’t seem to retain any curl. On the plus side, I adore the color, and it serves as a nice winter wig; I can wear a thick wig cap to alleviate the itchiness and a winter hat to cover the cowlick that I can't seem to tame.
