This all day curl chileeeeee!! Absolutely love!! I’m preparing to order a new one because mannn ALLLLLL DAY! My cheeks look good! I think this is my new fave out of probably 15 wigs 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽♀️ I have a luv me addiction! I will never go back to sewins! Haha! The customer service is top tier! Shipping is quick! I try to tell everyone, to get a wig!
As a returning customer, the best part of this experience was the speedy delivery time. I wasn't expecting it to come so quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more wigs from Luvme.
It’s been two weeks since I returned my order, but I still haven’t received a refund. In addition, due to an error on their part, I was charged twice, which put my account in the red for a few days. Although the issue has since been corrected, the difference between euros and dollars still caused me to lose money. As of now, I still haven’t received any update on my refund, and I’m starting to feel like it may never come. I keep being told that the refund is being processed, but it never actually happens, and I’m really starting to lose patience. It’s been two weeks now, and I still can’t get back nearly 100 euros.
It’s not the first time I’ve ordered from them — usually, everything goes smoothly, but this experience has really disappointed me in the brand.
LuvMe hair has always been good quality. I’ve bought bundles from the company and wigs and have been satisfied with both. My bundles lasted for about 2 months with no maintenance which is good to me because I can’t really do hair. My wigs always are long lasting and easy to wear.
Since I've been a customer of Luvme, I'm been extremely happy with your products. Every style and texture that I've chosen has been of the utmost quality. For me as a mature Black women, it is very important that I always look and feel my best, and Luvme has played a big part in that. I mostly stick to the same 4 or 5 different style, short or curly bobs. What is also very important to me is that, I love a fresh do, and being able to wash this hair and knowing that it will come out looking and smelling fresh is the top of the line for me. The wig has its appealing aspects but is quite itchy. After washing, it developed a stubborn cowlick that I can't manage to fix. What frustrates me more is that I submitted two reviews under five stars on the company's website, and they seem to be missing. I've come to realize that many companies tend to hide negative feedback, which I find disappointing. If reviews aren't genuine, what is their purpose? My honest feedback, which wasn't published, is that the hair quality is nice, but it's labeled as an 'all day comfort' wig, yet it's one of the most uncomfortable wigs I've experienced. Once I’m home, I just want to take it off. Additionally, after washing, it doesn’t seem to retain any curl. On the plus side, I adore the color, and it serves as a nice winter wig; I can wear a thick wig cap to alleviate the itchiness and a winter hat to cover the cowlick that I can't seem to tame.
