I ordered an item for £8 as a one-time purchase, as they suggested, with no subscription involved. That was 8 months ago. A month later, they charged me £64, claiming I had agreed to a subscription, which I had not. I requested cancellation, and they confirmed it but refused to issue a refund. A month later, they charged me £76 again, and when I contacted them, they reiterated that I had canceled. My bank is now involved and has blocked all attempts. They continue to try to charge me 2 or 3 times each month. Recently, they attempted to take money daily and have stopped responding to my emails. I strongly advise against this company.
