I requested to be removed from all services linked to my bank account, yet you continue to withdraw funds almost weekly, including amounts of $79.34 and $19.83. I expect a full refund of all the money taken from my account or a check for the total amount. Attached is evidence of the unauthorized withdrawal. I will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms and any related sites. Please return ALL OF MY MONEY AND REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LIST! 😤
I have been charged multiple times for a service I haven't received yet, and it's only been a week and a half. Today, I was billed $79.81 along with an additional $19.98. Despite my attempts to contact support regarding the $79.81 charge, I haven't received any responses.
This company engages in deceptive practices, continuing to charge my bank account even after I cancelled my subscription. They promised to stop, but I've seen $40 charges show up in the middle of the night. They even took $63 from me once. I will pursue legal action if necessary. I'm fed up with them taking my money without permission.
I truly enjoy my cup, and I want to share why I purchased another one. The first was black and had 'family' written on it, but after a few washes, the paint started to come off badly. I was quite disappointed and attempted to repaint it. The second cup is white, and I hope it holds up better.
I ordered an item for £8 as a one-time purchase, as they suggested, with no subscription involved. That was 8 months ago. A month later, they charged me £64, claiming I had agreed to a subscription, which I had not. I requested cancellation, and they confirmed it but refused to issue a refund. A month later, they charged me £76 again, and when I contacted them, they reiterated that I had canceled. My bank is now involved and has blocked all attempts. They continue to try to charge me 2 or 3 times each month. Recently, they attempted to take money daily and have stopped responding to my emails. I strongly advise against this company.

This company is a major scam. I signed up for a free trial with my first order, and they charged me for a second order before the first even arrived. If you want to cancel, it's best to change your card and get a new number with a different CVC.
