I bought my mirror in January 2025 and reached out to the company in December 2025 because the socket on the side of the mirror broke off. I am very disappointed not only with the product quality but also with the customer service, which is even worse. They offered me $75 as compensation if I chose to keep the mirror, but I declined and asked for a replacement or a refund. They agreed to this, but mentioned they needed to contact their IT team to resolve the issue with the return label. I've been following up for weeks with no response. I previously had a different mirror that was of excellent quality, and I will not buy anything from this company again.
