DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVO - I ordered the Luvo Arch Edge Vanity Mirror on 16 December 2025 for a Christmas present to my daughter as it confirmed it was in stock, it will be delivered within 7 days and because it is an Australian online store. I had to follow up on 23 December as I received no tracking order number but received a no reply to my email. I emailed again on 27 December, and they replied apologising for the delay, they have recently expanded their customer care team to serve better and advised the Arch Edge Vanity Mirror is on backorder due to a data error from their third-party warehouse — they were not notified it was out of stock until recently. Further they advised, the next batch is expected at the end of February 2026, and they gave me options - 1. Wait for end of February shipment + they will send me a FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo (worth $49) as their sincere apology or 2. Full refund + they will still send me the FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo. Regrettably I chose option 1. Feeling that this has taken too long - I thought to make contact early to get an indication if shipping was on track so on 5 February 2026, I had emailed (no reply), emailed again on 12 February (no reply) and today, 20 February (I have a feeling they will not reply). It is draining as there is no contact number or a store location and I am thinking that I will never receive a fully paid order. Taken my money but have not delivered a product!
