For a charge this significant ($700+), any respectable business would issue a refund upon immediate cancellation. However, they refused, citing their "Terms of Service" to retain my funds. I even filed a dispute through a payment platform, but they contested it solely based on the technical billing agreement. In the end, it seems they prioritize trapping a customer for $720 over their own reputation. Taking such a large sum for a service that isn't being used is downright unethical. STAY AWAY.
