Decent indicator, but the handling of subscription renewals and refunds is lacking. Renewed unexpectedly, cancelled right away, and refund was denied. Disappointing inflexibility for a loyal customer.

I feel compelled to alert potential customers: Do not trust this company with your credit card information. They charged me an exorbitant $719.88 USD for a second year of subscription without any prior notice. I reached out to their support right away to explain that I hadn't utilized the service and had no plans to renew. For a charge this significant ($700+), any respectable business would issue a refund upon immediate cancellation. However, they refused, citing their "Terms of Service" to retain my funds. I even filed a dispute through a payment platform, but they contested it solely based on the technical billing agreement. In the end, it seems they prioritize trapping a customer for $720 over their own reputation. Taking such a large sum for a service that isn't being used is downright unethical. STAY AWAY.

Completely Unsatisfactory Experience! They are unwilling to provide a refund for a yearly subscription that was never activated. I accidentally selected the annual plan instead of the monthly one, and they refuse to refund me! Additionally, they take weeks to respond to messages. This feels like a total scam!

I bought a one-year subscription and within an hour asked for a full refund. I was told to deal with it. Despite their claim of a 30-Day Risk-Free guarantee prominently displayed on their website, the customer service was horrendous. I strongly advise staying away from these deceptive practices.

Awesome indicators

This indicators look very promising unfortunately I feel to overwhelmed because I'm not experienced enough in this. I was chatting with Rodrigo, he tried to help me find a strategy to suit me but I feel that I need to first learn myself how to read the charts. He did understand and helped me with everything.Hopefully in a few months after I gather more information and some more experience I can get back.
