There needs to be an option for a negative number score. They advertised Luxe Foundation & Luxe Velvet Skin Primer. What I received was an off brand sunscreen & primer, not Luxe. Contacted them for a refund per their 30 day money back guarantee and 3 weeks & 8 emails later, I am still getting nothing but excuses and use instructions that I don't need. Only email contact available; no phone number. SCAM!!
