I am 57 years old and always willing to try new products. I decided to try this product as I am not big on a lot of makeup. The product itself: I would say isn’t bad. I would probably continue to buy it. It goes on white but instantly blends in. My skin doesn’t look blotchy. The company: absolutely NO. I didn’t know what shade to get so I got a BOGO in medium and then a special deal so I purchased light. The medium is slightly too dark so I wanted to return it and would have probably gotten light in its place. Their idea of 100% satisfaction guarantee does NOT mean your money back. I received an email stating the pump is amazing so once it is opened and I purchased on a special they will not accept returns but here is a 50% off coupon. There is no way I would purchase it again.
When I first received the product, the pump didn’t work right away. After gently tapping the bottle and pressing the pump several times, the formula dispensed smoothly. After that, it worked perfectly.
I really didn't want to give such a poor rating, but I felt it was necessary to share my frustration. I believe I've been scammed. I placed my order at the end of December, and I still haven't received anything, even though they charged my card. I've reached out several times with my order and payment details but have received no response! If anyone has tips on how to get my money back, I would appreciate it. Their replies are just automated messages saying they are behind. I'm done with this.
I placed an order on 12/8/25 and was charged immediately. I finally received the product on 12/29/25, but it doesn't work. I tried contacting them via email, but the phone number is no longer in service! I'm not getting any replies. It may look legitimate if ordered through another platform, but this service is a total scam.
This company is a complete scam! It's been almost a month since I ordered, and I still have not received my product. Customer service claims it's on its way from overseas but has no idea when it will arrive. Their customer service is terrible! I feel completely scammed.
