Total scam! I received buy one get one free bottle, along with 100% written 30-day guarantee. FALSE! I opened the 1st one, and the bottle was faulty...product wouldn't come out, so I had to open the 2nd. It was awful. Didn't do what it said. So asked for a refund, they said they can't refund open bottles (how do you not open a bottle you want to try?). I told them one bottle wouldn't dispense the product and it wasn't MY fault, it's theirs! Anyway, it gone nasty, I kept emailing and told them if I didn't get a refund, I would report them to the BBB. They just now sent me the address (China!), and I have to pay to send it back! It will cost more to return than the product itself! I'm screwed! They offered me 30% off and just keep the products. Looks like I have no choice as at least I get something back. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I should know better myself!
