As an extension to my previous review it is now October and I am going back and forth about an order made in April ! I have chased this multiple times and still no resolution. I want my money back as they have not fulfilled the sale. I am £500 down and they are not responding to my emails . The problem occurred as you changed the courier from Evri (as your website still states) to FedEx ! The post office don’t accept FedEx, why would you change it as this isn’t what was agreed on with the sale !!Update - I have been contacting support since April and I have send them the emails form the post office and to show that they haven’t received it and the email even stated they have checked the cctv ! Stop scamming your customers
