I was so excited to try 28-inch hair after wearing extensions for over seven years. As a hairdresser, my hair is extremely important to me, and I wanted to test this product myself before offering it to my clients. Unfortunately, I definitely won’t be doing that now.
I’ve had the hair installed for less than a week, and from the very first day it has been tangly, frizzy, and difficult to manage. Even after straightening, it remains limp and lifeless. For the price point, I am genuinely shocked at the quality. I cannot see how this hair could realistically last 1–3 years as advertised.
I’m now in the position of having to purchase a completely new full set of hair just one week later, which is incredibly disappointing. Such a shame, as I had high hopes — but I won’t be ordering again.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star I’m absolutely fuming, I’ve waited 8 days for my parcel from you who just keeps fobbing me off with automated messages to email customer services which I have done multiple times and get no answers. You told me last night on instagram that the courier had my parcel yet again no tracking and the courier don’t have the parcel you offered me free hair care care for what? I’ve got no hair extentions cos of you. Absolute joke of a service I’ve bee emailing all day again and had no response I’ll keep messaging and emailing till I get through but I will be taking it further you’ve taken £300 of my money and I’ve got nothing you should be ashamed as a business
Can anyone actually get through to the customer service team? I’ve been waiting over a week for my order and it still hasn’t been shipped, spent over £300 and just don’t get a response form them. All I want is to know when there being shipped out as the hair is for my wedding

I recently purchased a tape express weft! From the moment I ordered, the color match was perfect; it’s nearly undetectable. The hair arrived a bit later than expected due to being a custom order, but that’s understandable. I reached out for tracking info and got a quick reply. The hair I ordered was 30 inches, but it measures 28 inches, which isn't noticeable once trimmed. The quality is incredibly soft, and after washing, it resembles human hair well! The blend is fantastic, and application was quick and easy. I’m so satisfied that I’m ordering more for added volume.
