I don’t even want to give it 1 star I’m absolutely fuming, I’ve waited 8 days for my parcel from you who just keeps fobbing me off with automated messages to email customer services which I have done multiple times and get no answers. You told me last night on instagram that the courier had my parcel yet again no tracking and the courier don’t have the parcel you offered me free hair care care for what? I’ve got no hair extentions cos of you. Absolute joke of a service I’ve bee emailing all day again and had no response I’ll keep messaging and emailing till I get through but I will be taking it further you’ve taken £300 of my money and I’ve got nothing you should be ashamed as a business
