I was so excited to try 28-inch hair after wearing extensions for over seven years. As a hairdresser, my hair is extremely important to me, and I wanted to test this product myself before offering it to my clients. Unfortunately, I definitely won’t be doing that now.
I’ve had the hair installed for less than a week, and from the very first day it has been tangly, frizzy, and difficult to manage. Even after straightening, it remains limp and lifeless. For the price point, I am genuinely shocked at the quality. I cannot see how this hair could realistically last 1–3 years as advertised.
I’m now in the position of having to purchase a completely new full set of hair just one week later, which is incredibly disappointing. Such a shame, as I had high hopes — but I won’t be ordering again.
