Great company - Not so Great Product

I have no issues with the company, but the product I bought is only okay. The light fixture arrived with broken glass. LuxeDecor helped with a replacement piece. Now the glass has cracked again.

My discount was applied in my cart and when I received the order confirmation the discount was not there. I tried to cancel the order immediately but the cancel button conveniently was the only button that did not work. They were closed and then I sent an email all within 5 minutes. If they can resolve this then I will remove my review.
