I ordered a ring from a seller just over a year ago, and a stone fell out right before the warranty expired. I replaced it with a smaller stone but wasn't fully satisfied and ended up spending more. I didn't realize I could get a replacement until after the warranty period ended. Fortunately, since the stone fell out before the warranty was up, the seller kindly provided a replacement. I only had to send a picture for proof, which made everything easy. The representative was very friendly and helped resolve the issue quickly. :)
