I purchased a ring from a seller over a year ago, and a stone fell out just before the warranty ended. I replaced it with a smaller stone but wasn't entirely satisfied. I didn't realize I could get a replacement until after the warranty period. However, since the stone came out before the warranty expired, the seller kindly sent me a replacement. I just needed to provide picture evidence, which made the process stress-free. The representative was very pleasant and helped resolve the issue efficiently. :)
If I could rate zero stars, I definitely would. The service was absolutely terrible. After my boyfriend lost a ring he ordered, they had the nerve to say he shouldn't use harsh language. Seriously? Who wouldn’t be upset? The customer service was awful. They sent a 'replacement' that never arrived. Money wasted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. The staff are rude and clearly don’t care. After leaving a review about the poor service, they complained about it? What?

The communication I had with the representative was fantastic. She assisted me with my order thoroughly. I’m so pleased with everything she did for me, including exchanging my ring and sending it out for next-day delivery after I emailed about a sale. When it arrived, it was a bit tight, and she helped me find a larger size. Her customer service is exemplary; I wish all companies had someone like her. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding work.
