I’m not usually lost for words but in this instance I am !! Words can’t describe how amazing these guys are ….the customer service I’ve received here goes more than ‘over and above ‘ it’s been the most bespoke , genuine and professional experience I’ve ever had, but more than that it’s personal and caring … there is such a personal touch to this whole shopping experience.. the two rings I have are absolutely stunning, the quality fabulous and more than perfect , the packaging is pure luxury and again it’s packed bespoke and with such care !! But for me these guys are the real deal when it comes to looking after their customers …It comes from the heart and they are a cut above the rest.
