I’ve read reviews on various platforms, a few initially put me off purchasing, however, I took the plunge after reading more reviews. This company is nothing short of brilliant. The customer service backs up the product 100%. I know you can read reviews and think “I bet the owners & staff got all their friends to review” I can categorically say that if my experience is anything to go by, then they’re all genuine reviews. I sent a ring back as it was too small, likely because it was a wider band, but I received an email to say it had been received back, but the size I needed was out of stock until October. Anytime I chased or raised a query I’ve had a response, sometimes after 10pm on weekends. This company goes the extra mile. The purchases I’ve made (almost £500 over 3 weeks) has all been fabulous and looks exactly like the photos.
