I day after I wrote the original review please see update at end of this review I will update again when this issue is completed. So I ordered the halo set in silver and it’s very sparkly but sadly lost a stone within 4 weeks, I reached with out to them with photographic evidence and they wanted me to return it for quality purposes, however I had bought the ring for my 30th wedding anniversary and I didn’t want to return straight away, so I waited with a plan to return later on but whilst I was waiting to do that my 3 set of linked yellow gold rings I had bought a couple of weeks after the first set suddenly lost its gold colouring with the silver peeking through, straight off the back of my other problem I decided to call it a day with this company! The email conversation I had felt like it was with AI it felt like I was unimportant with my complaint. Look I had high hopes and I was excited and possibly I’m just unlucky but within 6 weeks my jewellery looks hammered and ready for the bin! Such a shame as the halo set is beautiful and still sparkles but without a stone on the shoulder. This company states their jewellery doesn’t tarnish but it doesn’t stay yellow gold either and the stone didn’t stay in my ring and I wasn’t heavy with it. I hope others are more successful with their purchases but for me I’ve given up. UPDATE 30/8/25 within 12 hours Heather from Luxe Emporium had reached out to me to put right my rings, I have to say I was blown away by how much I felt that she really wanted to put this issue right for me, she has arranged replacement ring for both the set and the triple ring single one, I am returning mine and hopeful that I can move forward without any more issues, I don’t think I will be wearing the gold tone ring daily which I still feel is disappointing but I understand with plated jewellery this can be an issue. I will update again once resolved but so far the customer care seems to be over and above any other company I’ve ever dealt with, I explained my original review was without malice and more a show of my disappointment of what should have been beautiful jewellery that I was excited about wearing for a special anniversary.Final update Dec 2025 after my original review I can say honestly the team at Luxe emporium went over and above to help getting me sorted, sadly I’ve been in hospital and unable to amend my review so this is my first opportunity to do so. My jewellery was replaced and mainly has been fine, I believe now that plated gold coloured jewellery is not for me as it always wears away and the silver shows through eventually so it’s just not for me but that’s is a me problem, I’m convinced. Thank you to the team at Luxe for replacing my jewellery, I will shop again
