The rings I received were absolutely exquisite, and so beautifully presented. They really did excel my expectations, but sadly when I put them on they just didn’t suit me at all - I was so disappointed! I contacted customer services about returning them and the response I received from Heather was so quick and friendly. I cannot fault this company at all and will look to buy another set of rings in the future with a smaller engagement ring stone which will hopefully suit me better!
