I ordered the wrong size but the lovely customer service lady Heather arranged a bigger size with no hassle and the owners Leila and Jasmine put a lovely free pair of earrings in for my troubles!! These earrings have a ball that twist on and off at the back so are super comfy, especially to sleep in (I usually take all my jewellery off at night because it hurts, but slept with both rings and earrings in last night and they didn’t bother me at all!!) Customer service is excellent, the rings and earrings are beautiful and I mean it when I say they are the best jewellery I’ve ever had ❤️
