Customer service is great! I ordered rings and they arrived very quickly and were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I got the wrong size so I sent them back for an exchange. The whole time I was waiting for the exchange I was corresponding with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic, getting the exchange took a little longer than I thought but I was replied to every time I messaged and was also sent a pair of beautiful earrings as a gesture of good will. I am over the moon with the rings and earrings and will definitely be ordering more from them.
