Item failed almost immediately ( battery will not hold charge ) Customer service is quite appalling.Will not refund unless I can return with the generic delivery plastic bag it came in . They hide behind “ original packaging “ I call it “a plastic bag” which can be bought by the hundreds for pennies. Very long lead times - appears to have come from China , (so add misleading web address to the list )The company are trying to make me go away with a 25% refund if I don’t return it at all . I’d rather let everyone know instead Scam is the only apt description. Awful company who I recommend you avoid at all costs
