Products took a few weeks to arrive. Bought them for Xmas and forgot to Google the company to check before ordering. I thought it was a legitimate company from Europe, not an imitation company from China. I wouldn't call it a scam, but the products are interior copies I think. I ordered a head torch and a dog collar, and I am particularly disappointed with the dog collar, though neither seem to hold their charge well or for long. Emailed the company and was told that I was outside the 30 day return window (which most companies extend around Christmas to allow for purchasing etc. I would not recommend this company and hope people read this before purchasing next Christmas. These head torches are available from UK based shops cheaper than I paid for on here and likely superior quality. Cursed the Christmas impulse purchase that these companies rely on.
I ordered an LED dog collar which stopped recharging less than 2 months after receiving it. The collars are very poor quality. Luxelight obviously know this as they only offer a 30 day warranty. Don't waste your money.
My experience with this company was terrible. I ordered two lights in mid-November, and it took more than two weeks for them to arrive without any communication about the delivery status. These were meant to be Christmas gifts. On Christmas day, when they were opened, one of them was defective. I provided video proof of the issue, but the company refused to refund or replace it, stating it was beyond the warranty period. I strongly advise against using this company!
I made a purchase after seeing multiple ads online. On December 4, I ordered the deal for 20 lights along with 20 complimentary cases, and added a camp light after a discount popped up post-purchase. I intended to use the headlamps as Christmas gifts. However, the package arrived 11 days later from overseas, on December 15, and to my shock, it contained none of the headlamps! Instead, I found only the 'free' empty cases and the camp light. My order confirmation indicates it’s complete, with no pending items. I did not pay $279 for just cases. 😠😔 Reaching out to the support team has been frustrating. There’s no phone number available, just an email address. I've sent two emails and a message via social media, but after three days, I still haven’t received a response. So much for the holiday season! I hope they resolve this issue and it's not a scam. Perhaps it was an honest error, but the slow response from customer service is unacceptable! If you need to process a return, good luck—it’s through that same email. I'm truly disappointed. 😔
The items you think will arrive from the UK do not. There are significant delays, and emails go unanswered. I was supposed to receive a complimentary carry case, which never came. I recommend steering clear of this service!

The battery life is incredibly disappointing. I’ve only had the collar and head unit for a couple of weeks, and they need constant recharging. They barely last for a couple of short walks. Returning them is difficult since they must be unused and in perfect condition. Quite frustrating, and the return policy is not practical.
