The head torch took ages to be delivered and after several hours of charging it doesn’t work. I have tried to contact the company on the email provided but it’s being returned as email unavailable. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact this company so therefore I can’t only conclude that this is a scam. Avoid at all costs!Update: I now have been contacted by customer services twice asking me the same questions which I have already answered. I am assuming they are doing this to delay everything so it goes over the 30 days so they will then refuse to refund. Absolute SCAM!
