SCAMBought two head torches and one failed within the first month. Customer service responded asking for a video which I sent and now being ignored. They also claim the warranty is not for a year as per their advertisement. AVOIDAVOIDAVOIDCompany is registered to a 'Jack Kinninmont' but don't seem to get any response no matter how I try.
