I purchased two head torches, both of which failed to hold a charge and stopped working after 4-6 minutes, despite being charged as per the instructions. I requested an exchange within 30 days, but after an initial response, the company’s customer care went silent. It’s now been escalated to the ombudsman. I strongly advise not purchasing from this company due to their poor customer service and faulty products.
